You can NOT create your own starter Nordanner or any other breed horse using my mutation info - this is breed specific info, and these specific mutated Nordanners can only be created by myself or by owners of foals with the correct genotypes given through pure breeding!

Mutation genes on offspring:
Single allele = not passed on.
Two alleles (one parent or divided onto both parents) = one allele passes on.
Three to four alleles (divided onto both parents) = two alleles passes on.

I've seen many lineages with a non mutated horse
If you breed a mutated horse with a non mutated horse, there's a 50% chance for mutated or non mutated?

Mutation genes are passed down differently than normal genes. I believe this is how it works.

DomMutation x DomMutation = DomMutation

DomMutation x nonMutation = nMutation

DomMutation x nMutation = DomMutation

nMutation x nMutation = nMutation

nMutation x nonMutation = nonMutation

Thanks

also, are there rules in cross mutating? (like these two can't be bred together, these two...)

I believe there is a journal on it stating which mutations would show with each other
